This superfood blend is my favorite addition to my smoothies! I usually have at least one hearty smoothie as a meal each day and this powder packs a great nutritional punch! And it is totally plant based!

I love this quinoa because it’s organic AND it is pre-washed! So convenient! I make it at least one or more times each week.

A simple, healthy, and delicious pancake and waffle mix. We love all of the Arrowhead Mill pancake and waffle mixes. This is one of our favorites!
Bob's Red Mill Flax Seed
I love flax seed. I use it in baking, in smoothies, and grinding it up to make flax eggs for vegan baking.
